For several months, I was in a kind of depression, the kind that lingers and seems like it will never end. The type of depression that robs you of all motivation and the desire to accomplish anything. Ryan told me that he believed it wasn't too late to quickly turn things around instead of sinking further and further. Words turned into action: 3 months later, I have a quality lifestyle, like I've never had before. I wake up early, regularly engage in sports, have made a few friends, and I take care of them as much as possible. The advice he gave me was great! He pushed me beyond my limits and encouraged me to be active. It wasn't anything groundbreaking, but I had a lot of confidence in Ryan. I was sometimes a bit embarrassed to admit to him that I hadn't followed a part of the protocol (often out of laziness...), as he put in so much effort and goodwill to help me.
Today, I am a different person, and when I look back, I realize that fate works in mysterious ways and that without his help, I would still be spending my days sleeping and eating, and sleeping, and eating. Great job, you're awesome!
